Hecho En Mexico chevy block

I was looking at the block in my chevelle and it says 2 GM Hecho En Mexico 3970010.Its a 350 4 bolt but i cant find online anywhere where the 010 blocks say they were made in Mexico

I had quite a few of them back in the day, dime a dozen. They all had the Mexico stamp. They have 2 dipstick locations. If you ever heard of "targetmaster"...that is this block. GM Goodwrench 350's also use this block. They come in both 2 & 4 bolt config's.
