FMU ?

I justed bought a used motor and B&M centrifugal supercharger . Found out belt was blown so I ordered it with new bearings . I'm new to the supercharger world so was wondering if i have to stick with the fmu that is calibrated for 19lb injectors or can i put my 24lbs injectors in with cL 73 mass air with bigger tb and adjustable fp reg? I have a 190 pump in tank now

It'd toss a 255 pump in the tank, and put the 24s in with the fuel pressure regulator.Then have the car dynoed and tuned.
