Who is still running 10.00 Index and where?

Checking in to see who is still running 10.00 Index and at what tracks this season? I plan to make it back out to Cecil this season, and not sure where else. Hope to bring a few extra bodies as well.

planning on Atco and Cecil. Cecil will have to be during the summer when i have off work on Sat morning. probably try and make some Ram stuff also

Hey Matt/Lee Went to the Atco index racers meeting sunday.
What the meeting came down to was instead of raising the entry fee, is to add a calcutta to the race.Each index class can determine its own calcutta.Instead of looking for sponsor that are hard to come by these days.Allow all the index's to race for a little more money.
The way it would work is entry fee + 10-20 dollars per racer
Example
10.0 index entry fee is $55.00 + 20
20 car field could add $300 to the winner & $100 to runner up
That make's the payout for the winner $750
Each race may be different according to car count.
32 car field would add $640.00

We want to here evryone's idea's
Nothing is written in stone Atco/Joe Sway was open for idea's

if that's what everyone wants it's ok with me but it sounds like it could be problematic to administer or enforce.
are all entrants going to have to pay?
if some entrants don't pay, who handles the payout?
is the calcutta in cash or does the track put in your check?
is this just for Atco or will it be for Cecil also?

Just throwing this out there, I like the idea of sweetening the pot, I know you guys talked about that before.

If you need a neutral party to hold money or determine winners / whatever, I'd volunteer for that.

Also I have asked about scheduling conflict between Atco and E-town for 10.0 & 11.50 in July and September .. I'll let you know what I hear

Touring, yes
Pro, no..not till someone else is footing the bill

Gonna give NMCA another try but still running all the local stuff at home at E'town.

We have another 10.00 car in process that should be out befor year end. We will support Atco, the new owner lives 15 minutes from the track.

I went to the Dr. And he told me I will be good enough to start racing again in may. I don't plan on every race but looking forward to racing at Cecil.

Might make a few at Atco. Still working on the new house. New garage comming this month 30 x 50. All my time and money is going into the house and garage. Have fun guys.
