10.00 index rules

Post by Jamie V »

I notice that there are no rules listed for the 10.00 index class on Atco's website. Is there not a 10.00 index class anymore? If there is a class where could I find the rules at?

Thanks

Man, I am good on every rule except for the 4 link. I have a 3500lb truck and have full frame rails but the truck has a 4 link. Is there any exceptions for these rules? I would love to be part of this class and this is just about the only rule that I can't adjust for (I actually have to put a pass seat in also)

Who makes the rules for this class. Are there any provisions?

thanks

I run slicks and have to deep stage to hit that tree so I stick to E-Town where that stuff is allowed. Would love to try Atco's since they have full fields but I am not buying a new set of wheels and tires for one track and there ain't much I can go to get my 'glide to leave hard enough to hit the tree........... If I hit it with enough juice off the line and then lifted at the 1000ft mark and severely sand-bagged it I could run 10.0. Just ain't worth the aggravation!

why not just buy the street tires and run them at e-town also
it would be nice if they allowed deep staging at atco

Because I am cheap! I just bought a brand new set of wheels and don't want to buy another set and tires just for one track and one type of event. I don't know if a "street tire" would be as consistent on my car or not. Now, if someone has a set that is between 29" and 30" tall, no more than 11" wide on a 5 1/2" backspace and will lend them to me I will gladly try them! :)
