Tilt steering on fox body mustang question

The steering wheel on my car had a bit up and down play in the tilt function its not bad or to the point where it is falling off I was just wondering if there was a was to snug it up before it could possibly get worse

Yes, take off the covers on the steeing wheel, remove the turn signal assembly. Behind that are the two bolts that tighten it all up. I used some loctite and lock washers, solid as a rock.
