WOW what a great day at the drag strip!
Weather was fantastic.. not too hot, only problem for me (and some of the racers) was that the sun kept coming in and out, it could not seem to make up its mind! I don't think there was one oil-down at all from the Top Sportsman class either.. way to go crews!
Don Troy ended up taking the win with a 7.370 @ 185.64, with a 7.36 dial-in and a .004 light! Speaking with him after the race, he said he put in a .004 delay -- would have been a perfect light! Close enough for me though! Big Smoke certainly lived up to his name with big smokeys throughout the day.
John Stampfl took second for today.. notable highlight was a perfect reaction time from him in round 3! In fact, there were some real close lights all day as you can see by the race results.. competition was stiff indeed.
Congratulations to all of the winners! And as always a BIG thank you to Raceway Park and especially Michelle for being so courteous to the site and giving us access to the races and the facility.

I am an idiot and messed up some of the pics later in the day.. they are not as sharp as I would like, but oh well
