In the 10.0 index class, Craig Curtis started out strong in round 1 and took it home all the way for the win. First round numbers for Craig were a 10.075 @ 130.61mph with a .030 light, and he brought his game for the rest of the race. #1 qualifier Mike Romeo put down a .007 light in the first round as well, certainly showing us that he means business early on. The final round put Curtis up against Romeo, with Curtis taking the win on a double breakout. Also of note in the 10.0 class was Wayne Keegan's killer wheelstands! Pics in the gallery and a sample is below
In the 11.0 index class, there was only one race.. George Gudat in his '69 AMX (can't forget what this ride looks like) took home the win with a 11.175@114.36 w/ a .061 light.
#1 qualifier in the 12.0 class, Rich Smith, took home the win today, running a 12.056 @ 109.31 with a .094 light in the final round, edging out Eugene Townes, the #2 qualifier.

Congrats to all of the winners!
A big THANK YOU goes out to Raceway Park, especially the announcer Walter for plugging the site over the PA numerous times, and Michelle for taking care of us as usual. Thank you for the staff for always giving us access to the suite to cool off and keep our water cold in the fridge
Also would like to take time to thank the RACERS that come out and run the Index classes -- without you we would have nothing to take pictures of! Keep up the good work.
