Crank shop in upstate NY?

Does anybody know the name and location of "the" crank shop in upstate NY, maybe Orange county or more north. Supposedly a lot of people from NYC and part of Jersey use him.

The other alternative would be to ship it to SpeedEquip in Bensalem.
