Ny understanding Seth is if it is under a trailer canopy such as the awnings or a large tent structure, the dimensions are up there but first read real carefull, this pertains to teams that have a very large awning or tent, possibly part of the trailer or rig. An escape clase is to move it out from under an awning, lol.

Tent Summary

I just spoke with the Old Bridge Township Fire Marshall, and he summarized the canopy/grilling application requirements. The State of New Jersey requires these permits.

A canopy application is required if:

1. The canopy/awning is over 30 feet in any direction or 900 square feet.
2. You must have two (2) fire extinguishers under your canopy/awning.
3. If you are grilling, open fires are NOT permitted.
4. All grills MUST be located OUTSIDE of the canopy/awning.
5. The cost for this permit is $42.00.

A cooking permit is required if:

1. You are cooking for fifty (50) or more people.
2. The cost for this permit is $42.00.

The Fire Marshall will be at Raceway Park each day. Please be sure to purchase your permits in advance to avoid possible fines and penalties.
