need electrical help

so here is my problem. i have a painless switch panel and every time i switch on my fuel pump i get power to all the switches. if i turn on the water pump then everyting else goes on as well. what could cause this. a bad ground or power is some how going to the ground? i had this all wired and working for at least a year. now all of a sudden i move a couple of things around and i get this. i tried to trace all my steps and can't figure what might be causing this. any help would be greatly appreciated

good question,what?
sounds like something is hitting something else.
the fuel pump should not work untill you turn on the ignition switch on a painless panel.

thanks anyhow guys. when i was "moving things around" i missed a ground wire (which just so happened to be the ground for the switch panel...duh). everything is back to normal now.
