Over 1,000 pics From Shakedown At E Town 2008 Enjoy !!

[noricehere]

Thanks to Raceway Park, GoneDragRacing.com, RPM Magazine, Raceworks.com, ShakedownatETown.com. Special thanks to New York Camera and Video = http://www.nycv.com/ , I had enough stuff do do what I actually wanted to do, carrying two camera's and trying different things. My mistake was not listening to them about the long lens and taking the short route, I payed in the end with some soft shots at the top end but I was asked for a perspective and just didn't come through IMO.

Have fun, enjoy the pics.

Sincerely Mark

Thanks Seth, I'm kinda pissed at the top end shots, next time it will be a Mark for something that fast and no elcheapo extenders, I'd rather lug around a 12lb lens than be pissed as I am, lol.

I resized all from the large jpg to a more managable 1,500 X whatever at 72dpi, auto levels, contrast, color, sharpen mask 30, 6 and 3. +2 saturation bump and a custom curve, no noise reduction programs, way too long to wait through that. Dodged the sky a bit in some. Took down the whole gallery and redid it since I used .com instead of org., lol force of habit.

The curve really makes it pop IMO, and the black background makes pics stand out a little better I think.

BTW, I haven't had time to post my fav's from yours but will soon, I saw a bunch dude and it was awesome shooting with you again.

Cool man. Your post processing really makes the photos pop and make mine look like crap maybe I'll take up

Pics look excellent Mark. Put these posts in the event coverage section if you like Mark, too good to linger and get lost in this forum.
