shitty show

i was at the show and i watched on tv last night and it sucked it was nothing like what realy happened at the show they make it seem like rich was talking to the crowd and they would applaud and he wasnt i kind of hate the show now i love racing but hate the whole stupid shit rich says and does it is so fake and he acts like he is too good for people we were sitting up in one of the suites and got almost all of the guys to sign a hat for my daughter and i couldnt get a it signed from him he ran back into his camper when he wasnt on camera

i was kinda bored watching it too... i was at the event as well and it was much more exciting then they made it on the show.
i thought the airing of maple grove was better.

They didnt even put that awesome 67 chevelle that stood up in 3 gears
to me that was the highlight of the event.

The show on TV suck, it was much more better live, I agree they should of had the white 67 Chevelle on the whole wheel stand run, they only showed 1/2 second snip of the car.

the show only showed 15 mins of other peoples cars befor the 16 cars had been picked. i was happy to atleast be in the into for a milli sec and they have me racing the green nova but dont blink or youll miss it lol i had to put it in slow mo to see it . i dont think we care about the life stories of the races that mad it into the 16 . everyone that was there has a story about what it took to get there. i wasnt to see racing !!! lots of it . i do wish i stoped to be interviewd now lol . the whole crew came over to the car as i was leaving to get into the lanes so i pulled out right past them . all i wanted to do was get ot on the track and run the car . but im still happy to have gotten a very small spot on the show

well even though i was on there for a split second too, i have to agree the show was kinda lame. i guess they were behind schedule on getting footage for the opening of the show. it looked like they filmed whatever they could on their way from the airport to the track. i mean of all the places to film to represent jersey they pick the armpit of it all...newark. if they were doing a show on street racing then i could see it. not only that but on the "englishtown" outakes episode they throw a bunch of footage in there from st louis from outta nowhere. they could have done a nice feature on there of quick eight class instead of a mere glimpse.
ahh whatever it was a confusing but great time/experience. i'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I made it onto the show for one of my passes because I raced the guy with the Mustang with the family member that died. And there was a split second shot of me during a burnout in the beginning of the show. It was pretty cool that I got even that much airtime, but the show really did suck.

We, GONE, had a 30 minute interview with Ken Herring all for nothing. They didn't play even 1 second of our interview between the 2 shows. The show that airs on TV doesn't show half of what happens during the day and their footage of Newark was embarrassing to NJ.

My son, daughter, and son-in-law were interviewed on friday for 2 hours. They were told they were definately on the show. They even had my son and son-in-law line up together for their time runs and filmed them. The only thing that got on the show was my car doing a burnout. We were all very disappointed.
