That was having major mental issues.
It happened in another country.
Dude was shot with a tazer or something.

If u watch the people watching from a distance, they were all upset and scared. Why didnt they just leave the area? LOL

I would have knocked his ass out!!! I mean really after the 3rd time of him physically harming an innocent person it becomes aparent that he needs to be stopped, so bashing him in the back of the head with a very large heavy object would be my first reaction :devil:
