Pneumatic shifting for 10.0 index

I'am I right that pneumatic aided shifting is prohibited at Atco but I see nothing that it cannot be used at Cecil? Pneumatic throttle stops can't be used at Cecil.

i think the idea is for NO driver aids in the index classes. i would think if you post on the Cecil forum or send an e-mail to Jim from Cecil's site you will find that any pneumatics are not allowed :beathorse:
