explorer 8.8 shortening
anyone here know someone or can shorten a explorer 8.8 with disks, im using 2 short side axles and the one side tube needs to be shortened also anyone know about how much $$$ this costs?

If you just need to get one side of the axle housing shortened it shouldn't cost toomuch i would think any more then 4200. unless you take them a fully loaded rearend and want them to dissamble it and re assemble.
if you take a reputable shop the bare housing with no internals ready to be cut and welded should be pretty cheap.
