75&80 OPS Test Free On Friday Nights

Any OPS car can test their car for FREE on Friday nights.

Any OPS car testing on a Friday night that can beat the track record will get $300 to anyone that can break the track record of 4.79 by Richard Sexton and back it up by a 1% and yes it was a 4.79 (This is for OPS testing on FRIDAY's ONLY)

So who has the power to claim the new title?
