Hmmmm. Interesting, I wonder why. E-Town outlawed Deep Staging in 10.0 last year because of me kicking a lot of butt off the tree the previous year by Deep Staging. They also said they were simply following what the other tracks in the area were doing with the Deep Staging D.Q. rule. Now, Atco is changing course. Gonna hear a lot of whining and crying again!

Not a big fan of the rule change for deep staging either way i'll be there.
I understand how the points work, but why should u get 20 points to win the first round and only 10 points for the following rounds.Shouldn't u get more points for winning the later rounds? C-Ya Carey

Carey the way they presented it is different form how it is normally presented. What they are saying is that every driver earns 10 points for "staging" round 1 and you get 10 pts for winning the round. Therefore the racer that loses the rd 1 match leaves with 10 pts and the racer that wins the round leaves with 20 (10 to stage and 10 for the win).

On deep staging, I really don't think this was done to invite deep stagers, though it does now make it better for me personallly since I can only go .1teen shallow and can go .0teen deep. However, the DQ for rolling in deep by mistake is a lot to hit a guy with.

I see they opened it up to backhalf cars. Guess 4 links are allowed now? Boy i got lucky with the tire size since I am still running a bias tire. I wonder if we will see more cars come out. There is no question now on a mechanical throttle stops. That will be easier than playing with weight and timing.
I am taking it thats it's still an all run feild.
