Looking for a GOOD tuner for 460 Ford TBI in a 96 motorhome

My motorhome runs great wide open and pulls well but it surges at low RPMs whether towing or not. From what I read it could be something to do with the 10% ethanol that they have now making it 4% leaner than it should be and the computer not being in "closed loop" or something. It's not something that is throwing any codes or check engine lights if the thing even has them. Who is the man in the Philly/Reading area to quickly put a finger on this thing?

Thanks for the tip. I am going to clean out the throttle bodies and clean the injectors and see if that works then get it scanned to see if it's going into closed loop and we can also see if the EGR is working properly from what I am told.
