396 block

i need a standard or good 030 396 block. cant use any thing over .030
I have a buddy selling this 402....
402 is .05over,walls just needed to be cleaned up,crank turned .10 ,2 bolt block,oval port heads,ferre valves,high volume oil pump,moroso 7 qt pan,comp cams 268h cam kit,roller chain,painted correct high temp. orange. factory gm pistons,10.25-1 comp. stock valve covers,edelbrock intake,have original ls5 castiron also,new fuel pump,hei dist.,original q jet carb
