355ci SBC engine block and rotating assembly $1200

I have a sbc block bored at 4.030 and a scat rotating assembly.The block is a 2 bolt block. Was machined and honed to 4.030, hot tanked, new freeze plugs and cam bearings.Forged pistons. Rotating kit is http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sca-1-90005 also comes with SFI harmonic balancer and ARP main studs. Assembly has been balanced. Set up is floating wrist pin. Short block has not been put together. Spent over $1500 into it asking $1200 o/b/o
