I bought ARP bolt kits for my car..and i went to use the water pump and timing cover bolts..and it seems half of them are the wrong length and don't fit?..it's for my 88lx..WTF!!!???...anyone else have this problem?

Also i bought a knock off march alternator set up..yupppp well it seems it's exactly that and like kids made it because...the spacers in the march set up are diff. lengths than the kit i have but everything else is the same?..that set up don't fit either.

is there somthing im missing? lol..all of this stuff was for a 5.0 mustang..not older style sbf or 289s..UGHHH!!!..it's 1:12 and i just got out of the garage and im pissed and frustrated..and need to vent lol

I feel your pain man. I bought the same kit for my car thinking I could use most of them when I put the motor back together. Ended up only using their head bolts, intake bolts, and header bolts. So I payed a lot of money for a bunch of bolts that I can't even use right now :x

yea it sucks..well it is what it is i guess..you'd think they'd fit perfectly fine since these are probably the most popular car right now just about lol..ughhhh i don't know..hopefully everything will go together descent for me this week.I just hate buying stuff that's made for it and it doesn't work.
