hey joe
i recall seeing a late 70's or early 80's camaro q8 car with twins thru the hood about the same place as you have.
as for the exhaust... my tuner has his single exit in exactly the same spot on his turbo trans am.
looks good to me.

btw my turbos downpipes exit just behind the front wheels.

thanks ed. i posted it on another board and some guy was saying thats unrealistic because the turbos should be in the front if you wanted it like that but you could still run it out that way? and yeah the turbo camaro in q8 was what inspired me to do it

Joe, any I've ever seen have the exhaust behind the front tire, It's actually in the rules in most classes.

Joe, the black stag is actually a full front clipped Nitrous car, it's so stock that the headers couldn't be made to exit behind the front tires, I think you're talking about the Conner Brothers Big Tire Mustang coupe, Dark Grey Metallic. Many thought it was turbo untill they saw it was a BBF on nitrous and such a stock front end by Montana Brothers and I do mean stock. Take a second and think that if the turbos are mounted up top, the exhaust would have to travel over the already existing headers and towards the front just to exit in that area. If they were front mounted twins it would be the right way to go, right out the exhaust end of each turbo and out the front lower valance.
To go for realism, send them out behind the tire. To go for crazy, leave them up front. I'd shoot for realism though, makes for good conversation, lol.

Looks like there's very little room for the pipe hole behind the front tire also Joe, May want to exit out from under the door sill / fender in the rocker with some rectangular stock, just a thought.

i dont really want to go with rectangular. i think theres enough room for a hole. but i can just notch the edge if you know what i mean. Hey mark do you know what tim lewis uses for his turbos? thank

Oh, you can have a try, then know the result. By the way if you need modification engine parts, you can consider
