1980 fiat spider convertable

hello posting this for a friend,, 1980 fiat spider convertable, been sitting in a garage for a while, top and tires look like new,seats look in great shape, and body looks solid. has a small dent in the r/f fender and can be repaired.. car does not run at this time and have no plans on getting it running. would make a great project for someone, or parts for the one you may have now.. car is located in swedesboro nj. and also have it listed on craigslist pics can be seen there. and i have more if needed.. $1000.00

just curious - does anyone know why it is not running or not starting (any guess as to any possible causes)? Will the engine spin freely or is it locked?

I bet this little car gets great gas mileage!!!
