CHEAP - 1978 Ford Thunderbird, 58k original miles

I'm posting this for a good friend of mine:
1978 T-bird, 58k original owner miles. Red with white vinyl top. 302 auto. This was a 1 OWNER VEHICLE. Title is clear w/ no issues.
He needs to sell quickly - car runs & starts right up. Passed NJ inspection every year. Good drivetrain to use for whatever or this car is EASILY restorable (no real issues, no rot, etc). Rust spots as seen in pics are ONLY surface rusting due to paint peeling (not many spots). Rest of car is in great condition considering age. Interior only needs to be cleaned or detailed. Exterior needs paint. Drivetrain & motor are strong.
Oil pan is still factory blue WITH FACTORY APPLIED STICKERS....
