Caked on rubber
OK, so the Malibu has caked on rubber that is probably at least 2-3 years old from previous owner. I have been avoiding the issue long enough. How do I get this off and is my paint probably shot because of it? Thanks.

Try using WD40. It may take a few sprayings...
