79 z28 rear disc emergency brake problem
I have a 79 z28 that i took the rear out and replaced it with a disc brake rear out of a 80 ta. I'm having trouble with the emergency brakes, the cable compresses the e brake lever on the back of the caliper all the way but this barely compresses the caliper and the pads on the rotor thus I can still move the wheels. I heard something about ratcheting the caliper or some kind of adjustment that makes the e brake grab more but i havent pulled it apart yet to try. If anyone has any ideas I would apreciate them.

Bad calipers! I bought them brand new from some parts store on jacksonville rd in warminster, I should have known something was up when the one was missing hardware.
