i know its early yet but the long range forcast does not look good for saturdays 12.0 race

any idea if it would be carried over to sunday if the weather takes a dump ?
if the day is iffy , will 10.0 and 12.0 take precedence over time shots for the big guns ??

just want to be prepared ..

My guess is it would be rescheduled for another date (other than sunday)
Both days are going to be hectic and I dont think they could find room to add 2 more classes for sunday, But I could be wrong..

Sat is 5 days away, these idiots can't predict 5 hours ahead. Streetcar was 40% chance of rain...never did. I'll wait till the morning of todecide if I'm heading out or not.

Cross your fingers! Atco Raceway has been open for 48 years and we still can't predict the weather. We all refer to it as the "Atco Triangle."

What is the "Plan" for the $$$$$$$$$$$. Is saturdays money going to replace sundays payouts of 5k and 2500 or perhaps be added to them?? Thanks

Due to the impending weather situation we'd like to announce what will happen if Saturday is Rained Out.
The Tentative Sunday Program will be as follows:
10.0 and 12.0 Indexes will be cancelled and rescheduled if possible.
Gates Open 8am
2 Qualifying Runs each for 8.50, Drag Radial, Outlaw 10.5, and Pro Modified
Qualifying will begin with 8.50 Index at 9:30am.
We will run 1/8 mile for all classes EXCEPT 8.50 Index which will run on an originally s
cheduled 1/4 mile.
The 1/8 Mile Payout will be in effect for the Pro Classes.
Because of Sundays 7pm curfew, it is important to complete as much of the program as possible. We strongly suggest calling the Atco Raceway hotline at 856-768-2167 (Press 2 when the menu comes on) or visit www.atcorace.com for all updates.

thanks dave ,, problem for me is i went back to working weekends and have to be in by 2 am or call out sick by 6pm on friday , hate to burn a sick day and just waste it .

If it is a wash-out on Saturday, can I assume we'll still be able to get through the gates Saturday afternoon/evening to set up for Sunday?

why not just cancel the 1/8th mile race on sunday and run the 1/4 if it rains? I'd love to see this race but being 1/8th mile makes me lose all interest, and im sure I'm not the only one who feels that way.
