Engine running HOT!

The car is a 1977 Mustang II
I have similar issue, new 302 ford stroked 342, mild cam 69cc heads with headman headers, new stock water pump, new 3core radiator, 16 inch electric fan
Water temp reached 235. oil temo 170, trans temp 140. Trans line are not running through radiater
Anyone have any thoughts?

is timing low, water pump not fast enough or backwards ,fan enshrouded , not enough alt to keep up with load ???????
