Will a ford 8.8 hold up to a 10.00 nitrous pass and last???

Thinking about building a 10.00 S-10 next season
and putting a explorer 8.8 rear in it to save some cash
will it hold up if i beef it up a little??

ford 8.8s can go into the 7's on drag radials. ull be fine

that is a great fit!!! the weak link is the mounting in a fox body and the tubes bend!!!!
if your going big get the pinion support cover and a axle tube brace . there was a great article in FSC on that swap. ALWAYS cheak that the tubes are straight!!! ya dont want to spend the bucks and then need another doner !!!
