I know its a little Early to start talking about 2009 12.0 but I'm bored.Did anybody do anything to their car over the winter,or get a new ride?As for me, all i need to do is get some new tires and adjust the valves,and I'm ready!!!

Car still sitting on trailer turnkey.
Starting to piece together a new forged 355 sbc hopefully will go low to mid 11's N/A. plus gonna get tranny done up for more hp.
I was gonna shoot for 10.00 but now that cecil has 12.00 and e town has 11.50 im gonna stick with that and some bracket racing in 09.

I don't think so Steve,Ill be lucky to make all of atcos races.

what days are cecil running ?? i want to set the mph 12.0 record before rick gets there ... i think 12.0 @ 121 is the best i can get i gotta work on the secondary stop and brake handle set up it should let wide open and hold trans brake then kill it till second and hit the nos. the switch plat with the cable rollers is really big and wont fit
i gotta get him off the trailer before he goes in all three classes with the same car...... bonehead!!!

i can make what ever i can . the boys are free till 2nd week end in june.
i'm working on getting a controversial throttle stop nos activation system i have been bench playing if the diagram gets aproved by tech guys .

You can bet CJ and I will be at the index races running the 10.0 with his blue car. I'll be handling my standard golf cart / budweiser duties. The white car is still running great,no changes. I've been driving it to work and cruising it here and there, I don't think I'll be competing. Maybe we'll see you at the banquet Jim.

I just got my converter rebuilt, and got a new one for my sons car. Can't wait to get racing again. There doesn't seem to be as many races at Atco this year and most on Friday nights. I was told that they thought it would be better on Friday nights because not as many people have to go to work the next day.

Funny Dave and Jim, I was watching some of the old vids that rose took of us racing back in the day to see whos better on the tree. The good old days. Dave Im ready for some racing. Last time out in december I had alot of good lights and the car was consistance and went a best of 10.89.We will see what happens. See you all soon.
