50oz Balance and 7500 RPM

I recently picked up a 347 Ford from a member on the site.After checking out the cam specs i find out its good for 7600-7800 rpm.For some reason they have a 500z balance on it.I currently have a 306 with 28oz balance that revs over 7k with no issues but a 50oz im not sure about.Obviously i know 0 balance is the way to go but thats gonna get costly.Let me know your thoughts Thanks Guys !!!

are talking about the add on weight to the h/b?
if the rotator was balanced with a weight on flywheel and h/b then it is just a safety concern of yours having that weight flying at 8k around out side the motor instead of inside?
