Ultimate Outlaw Shootout adds 275RS for Piedmont!

As if there isn’t enough excitment about this weekend’s Ultimate Outlaws race at Piedmont Dragway, another class has been added! The 275RS  class has been added only for the Piedmont event.  For rules and further information, head over to this thread on the Bullet.

5/21/2011 Atco Raceway Race Recap – 8.50 Index, X275, Outlaw 10.5

It was nice to get back to the track, between Mother Nature and some personal obligations throwing a wrench in our plans, we have been missing out on racing coverage.  Today at Atco Raceway we had both some exciting racing, and some more wrenches being tossed.  Saturday’s race featured 8.50 Index, Outlaw 10.5, and X275 Drag Radial.  Because of a nasty crash, a few cleanups, and a packed house, we ended up being about 2 hours behind on the racing schedule. Same look.. new feel to the site

We’ve made a major change on how we deliver content to the front page / news pages to the website.  Instead of having to do manual editing of the actual web page files, we now have a database powered content management system that will make it much easier for us to deliver content through the news pages, as well as deal with search engine optimization easier. Big Tire Outlaws Return to Raceway Park!

Big Tire Outlaws are BACK at Englishtown Raceway Park!! The much anticipated series will be in action on Sunday, May 22nd, Sunday June 12th, Sunday July 31st, and Sunday August 21st. The Big Tire Outlaw racing series is for back-halfed, big tire, factory appearing cars that use every imaginable means to make horsepower and shoot down the strip. 4/15/2011 Atco Raceway Event Recap

Finally, racing!! Because of a big race on Sunday and prep time that was required for it, we had a rare Friday race at Atco Raceway where there was an afternoon of testing included with night time race entry. As far as days go, it worked out in that regard, since Saturday was a monsoon and would have been a total washout.. so I am happy we at least got SOME racing in.
